Friday Spark Club — Community Rules & Terms
Effective: 17 April 2026
Welcome to Friday Spark Club. We are a community of ordinary people exploring AI tools, building things, and celebrating the courage to try — even when it's ugly.
FSC is a community for non-technical adults who want to build things with AI. We run a free newsletter, a Discord community, and weekly challenges. We are not a course. We are not a bootcamp. We are a group of nobodies building together from 0 to 0.1.
We keep this space safe and focused:
If you're not sure whether something crosses the line — it probably does. Ask first.
FSC (and SparkZ) reserves the right to warn, remove, or permanently ban any member — including paid Café members — without refund if these rules are broken. The vibe matters more than the revenue.
Free membership: Full access to #welcome, #introductions, #daily-spark, #open-chat, #show-your-build, #free-lunch, and #ask-anything. Zero cost. Zero barrier. Zero judgment.
Café membership (£3.99/month — Founding Sparker Rate. This price won't last.): Additional access to exclusive content, deeper experiments, and SparkZ's personal lab. Paid via Stripe. No refunds for partial months. By purchasing, you agree that digital access begins immediately and waive your 14-day cancellation right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
FSC awards DRINK to recognise genuine community contributions — sharing builds, celebrating failures, helping others. Selected DRINK winners may receive a complimentary month of Café access. DRINK has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is awarded at FSC's sole discretion. The system may be changed or discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord. FSC content is designed for adults (18+). If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before joining.
FSC may update these terms at any time. Continued membership (free or paid) means you accept the latest version. Significant changes will be announced via Discord and newsletter.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
